Returns Policy, Shipping and Additional Information

Order Processing: 

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and when otherwise mentioned) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Your order may be subject to customs, import duties, and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Alara is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to clear each Alara piece/shipment from customs. We do not offer refunds for unsuccessful delivery attempts and/or a failure to collect your Alara piece/ shipment from the post office. 

Returns Policy:

Please be aware that at present, Alara does not offer a refund, exchange, or accept returns. We request that you carefully consider your selection before making a purchase.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, a refund will be issued in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Please be aware that the daily exchange rate may affect your refund amount.

Please note that our garments are hand-tailored and made in one size, which may result in slight variations in sizing and fit. The nature of handmade items can lead to unique characteristics, making each piece one-of-a-kind, just like you!
